The Full Gram Guaranteed bags weigh about 1 lb and contain over 1 gram of added gold. The added gold will typically range in size from #40 mesh to #10 mesh.
Note: #40 mesh gold is small and may need to be panned multiple times if you are a beginner/intermediate gold prospector. If you find less than 1 gram of gold...pan it again!
We mix paydirt from our family's gold/platinum claim in Washington with Washington sands (both of which are unsearched and contain naturally occurring placer gold). Because our paydirt is unsearched and we want to guarantee gold in every bag, we also source gold directly from miners in Alaska and Colorado and add at least 1 gram to every bag.
